My journey in paintless dent repair began in 1991, the second day Lexus of Norwood opened its doors. Fresh out of high school and hungry to learn, I watched a PDR technician work for the first time, and something clicked. I rushed home to tell my father, who had been in the collision repair industry since 1957. Though his eyesight prevented him from pursuing PDR himself, he recognized the potential in what I had discovered.
By 1993, I had committed fully to mastering this craft. The precision required, the artistry involved, and the satisfaction of restoring a vehicle to its original beauty without compromising the factory paint, these elements spoke to me in a way nothing else had. I began specializing in paintless dent repair full-time, building relationships with dealerships, body shops, and retail customers throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Today, RPM Dent Repair stands as one of the only dedicated PDR shop facilities in the region. Perhaps most rewarding has been the opportunity to teach.
