I had an excellent experience with John at RPM Dent Repair and genuinely appreciate the level of care and craftsmanship he put into working on my car.

What impressed me most was that John was able to correct an area that had already undergone a previous dent repair. While inspecting the panel, he discovered that the previous repair had left behind a damaged access hole that had simply been covered up with adhesive tape. John took the time to properly address and repair the access hole in addition to correcting the dent itself. Finding something like that and making sure it was actually fixed rather than ignored really showed me the level of attention he puts into his work.

The dent repair itself came out remarkably well. The panel is flat, the body lines look great, and considering that John was working with an area that had already been repaired before, I’m extremely impressed with what he was able to accomplish.

I would absolutely recommend John and RPM Dent Repair, especially if you have a difficult dent or need someone to address a repair that was previously worked on. His attention to detail and willingness to go beyond just fixing what was visible really stood out to me.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at RPM Dent Repair. What initially appeared to be a straightforward repair ended up revealing much more damage than expected and became a very complex job. Despite the challenges, John and his team never gave up. They were determined to get my car repaired properly and looking like new again.

John knew how important this car is to me, and I truly appreciated the care and dedication he put into the repair. Throughout the entire process, he kept me updated on the progress and even sent me photos and videos of the work being done, which gave me a lot of confidence that my car was in the right hands.

The final result exceeded my expectations. The car looks as good as new, and the quality of the work is outstanding. You can tell John takes tremendous pride in what he does and genuinely cares about his customers and the finished product.

I would absolutely recommend RPM Dent Repair to anyone looking for high-quality dent repair, excellent communication, quick service, and most importantly, someone who is dedicated to getting the job done right.
