John was the one who  fixed my car. He is meticulous! Extremely professional. He and his nephew helped me get to the car rental office. RPM Dent Repair was the best experience from the beginning when I dropped my BMW X5 off, to the end when I picked it up. John told me, Alex don't worry I’ll make your car look like nothing was even here. And he did. The customer service was also excellent. He was very informative throughout the whole repair. If I can give him 10 stars I would. Call RPM if you need a dent removed, you’ll be happy you did!! He’s the Michael Jordan of dent removal. Really great work John!! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with handling my truck. Someone opened their car door and left me with a 3 inch dent and red paint. My truck door now looks brand new. John is greatly adverse with removing dents and buffing out paint transfers as well as working with insurance claims. He handled my truck with care and maintained consistent communication.
